ABOUT ME

Will Clifton (M.Arch.) has over 10 years of construction experience: as a Zoning Reviewer C with the City of Austin TX Residential Plan Review, as a site superintendent for a high end residential remodel contractor, as a jack of all trades for a real estate investment fund and property management startup, as a federal program audit liaison and transportation planner, as a carpenter, as a GIS analyst; and as a data analyst, as a videographer, as a musician, as a performer, as a tarot reader, as a writer, and as a copy editor. Will has a BA in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Architecture from Rice University.

All Terrain’s goal is to bring everyone to the table, to find and share information, to bridge the gaps among various viewpoints and terminologies, and to navigate processes to grease wheels and help you realize your dream.

Available for site visits and in person appointments in the Asheville NC area. However, since most processes are electronic these days, All Terrain can service any market remotely, including yours.
